Patrick Ding

Mr. Ding is the founder and CEO of Linghit Limited. Since 2000, he was the Senior Editor, General Manager of Wireless Operation and Mailbox Operation in 21CN of China Telecom. Until 2005, he was invited to join as the Vice President of Shenzhen Haotian Science and Technology. He was the founder of Haotian Marry Me. In 2006, Mr. Ding start his business as Modern Media Network, and was appointed as Deputy General Manager of MobileMarket Division in China Mobile. Same year, he founded Linghit Limited as CEO. Linghit is now developed as the famous Chinese Cultural platform over 157 counties.

Yuen Kang Chau

Yuen has over 20 years for experience in investment management and capital markets. Most recently he was a managing director at Ark One, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Hong Kong. Previously he managed early stage venture capital investments for Bigfoot Ventures in the US and Asia focusing on investments in technology, education, media, and BPO services. He also worked in the capital markets sector at Citigroup, UBS and Morgan Stanley. Yuen has lead managed a number cross border acquisitions and fund raising offerings in both the public and private markets. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Southern California.
